It rained today and therefore good day to explore. Upon arriving met by the friendliest staff righT at the door. Not pushy...but helpful in the most pleasant way...directing us to a specific part of the store where every product imaginable was at our fingertips. Best selection at very affordable prices. The staff wanted to be there..not had to be there...like home away from home. Mom and pop on a jc penny and dillards scale. We were looking for a brim sun shade...but unfortunately they did not have any. However we will return for stadium seats. When we return...or you...the welcoming committee..lol...wil consist of daniel..marthu..kim and mike...and you may find us there too. Ken and carol from canada

All of the staff was amazing and helped us get what it was we had come in for. BIG SHOUT OUT TO KIM P who was beyond knowledgeable about the shoes.

I went to the one on Ina. They have great customer service. I was helped in the shoe dept.to find the perfect shoes for me. When I got home a family member liked them too so I gave them to them. I went back they didn't have another same pair so I got another style and they had found the store on River that had the ones I had came for. They had the store hold the shoes for me. I picked them at River and same good service there. So in the end I got 2 pairs of shoes. I always buy shoes from Big 5 because I have trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable. comfortable

GREAT FAST SERVICE FROM THE EMPLOYEES AT BIG 5! (AS ALWAYS) THE ONLY BAD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT BIG 5 SPORTING GOODS IS I ALWAYS SEEM TO STAY LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SPEND MORE MONEY THAN I WAS PLANNING ON SPENDING. BUT THAT'S NO ONE'S FAULT BUT MY OWN, AS FOR I LIKE LOOKING AT EVERYTHING AND WELL , WHEN YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY A BUNCH OF COOL , USEFUL THINGS AND GADGETS THEN YEAH I GUESS I'M GONNA SPEND A LITTLE MORE THAN PLAND . 100% MY FAULT! 🤣😂🤣😅

This is a fine outlet for family friendly "recreational" sporting goods (not for outfitting a Denali expedition). Plenty of inventory for a wide variety of sporting activities, very competitive prices, and lots of convenient locations.
